      On November 19, 2025, Andrey Gneushev will hold a personal reception of citizens. As Deputy Governor of the Nizhny Novgorod Region, he coordinates the work of executive bodies on the following issues:

      — implementation of state powers in the field of internal regional and municipal policy;

      — formation and implementation of state social and housing policy;

      — implementation and improvement of measures of social support for the family, maternity, paternity and childhood, elderly citizens, veterans, combatants, and persons with disabilities, including creating conditions that ensure an improved standard of living for the population, targeted social assistance to citizens in difficult life situations, including through the development and implementation of state (regional) programs;

      — guardianship and custodianship of minors;

      — development of social housing construction in the territory of the Nizhny Novgorod Region — within the powers of the supervised executive bodies of the Nizhny Novgorod Region, and the fulfillment of state obligations to provide housing for certain categories of citizens;

      — management and disposal of the housing stock of the Nizhny Novgorod Region;

      — prevention of social orphanhood, neglect and juvenile delinquency, and ensuring conditions for the social rehabilitation of children in difficult life situations and in socially dangerous situations;

      — implementation of state policy and administration in the field of mass media, mass communications, printing, book publishing, and distribution of printed materials;

      — determination of development strategy and coordination of the activities of the Regional Management Center of the Nizhny Novgorod Region and municipal Management Centers of municipalities in order to increase the efficiency of state and municipal administration;

      — exercise in the territory of the Nizhny Novgorod Region of powers delegated by the Russian Federation for the state registration of civil status acts.

      Residents of the Nizhny Novgorod Region, other citizens of the Russian Federation, foreign citizens and stateless persons lawfully present in the territory of the region may make an appointment if their issue has previously been reviewed within the competence and the personal participation of the deputy governor is required to make a decision.

      Those wishing to make an appointment must submit a written or electronic appeal addressed to the Deputy Governor of the Nizhny Novgorod Region, Andrey Gneushev, stating the essence of the issue.
