The investment projects showcase on the investment portal of the Nizhny Novgorod Region has been updated.
The Nizhny Novgorod Region Development Corporation has modernized the showcase of investment projects on the regional investment portal. The updated section is available at: https://nn-invest.ru/support/invproject/#project.
Project profiles now include information on state support measures available during implementation, including tax preferences, subsidies, concessional loans and other forms of assistance.
The showcase includes more than 160 projects and territories for investment across various sectors — from preserving cultural heritage sites to creating industrial productions. The projects provide for both full and partial financing of the launch of new enterprises and the modernization of existing ones.
A unique link has been created for each project, simplifying information sharing. It is also possible to export individual projects or the full list with filtering by municipalities, investment targets, investment volume and sectors, including industry, agriculture, logistics, the service sector and others.
Project profiles contain a “Become an Investor” form through which an entrepreneur can leave contact details for specialists from the Development Corporation to get in touch and provide consultation.
The portal also offers information about the region and municipalities, including details on infrastructure, investment projects and universal investment offers. For independently selecting support measures there is a calculator that allows users to calculate tax, property and advisory measures and to learn about available subsidies, concessional loans and borrowings.
The region’s investment map (https://newmap.nn-invest.ru) contains about 460 territories for investment. A video guide on using the map has been posted for users.
In addition, the portal features a survey module (https://nn-invest.ru/surveys) that allows assessment of the work of business institutions, the state of infrastructure and support for small and medium-sized enterprises.
Investors can contact specialists of the Development Corporation via the hotline number 0052, through the chat-bot on the portal, or by the contacts listed in the relevant section of the website.
JSC Nizhny Novgorod Region Development Corporation was established at the initiative of Governor Gleb Nikitin and provides support to projects at all stages — from providing information to commissioning the facility, interacting with government bodies and organizations.
