24 October 2025 09:46 Incidents A woman was injured in a fire that broke out as a result of a traffic accident on the Molitovsky Bridge in Nizhny Novgorod. This was reported by the press service of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for the region.
The incident occurred at about eight o’clock in the evening on 24 October. A 37-year-old woman driving a Kia collided with a VAZ. The Russian-made car caught fire.
The Kia’s driver was taken to hospital by ambulance. Traffic police are investigating the incident.
Earlier it was reported that a tractor-trailer crashed into a gas pipeline in the Vyksunsky district, causing an explosion. Miraculously, there were no casualties.
