The Ministry of Education and Science of the Nizhny Novgorod Region commented on parents' complaints about interruptions in the digital service "Electronic Diary."
As the department told NIA "Nizhny Novgorod," the number and content of complaints vary depending on the time of year. Most often users encounter difficulties logging into the system, as well as the absence of up-to-date information — grades, homework, and schedules.
It is noted that user feedback is received regularly. All appeals are recorded, classified, and forwarded to the technical support service for further processing.
The ministry also emphasized that the "Electronic Diary" is a mass digital product subject to heavy loads, especially during certain periods of the school year.
"The heaviest load occurs in the last weeks of each school term, when teachers, students, and parents actively summarize results. It is precisely at this time that the system experiences increased strain. Reducing the impact of such peak loads is one of the priority tasks that developers are working on," the specialists clarified.
In addition, the stability of the service can be affected by external factors. In particular, these include the quality of the user's internet connection, the proper functioning of the browser or mobile application, and the level of digital literacy of the users themselves.
Earlier the Nizhny Novgorod Ministry of Education explained why the "Lazurny" camp turned away an Olympiad participant.
