"Nizhny Novgorod Sport" will delight fans with an exclusive edition.

      The Nizhny Novgorod Regional Information Center, in cooperation with the minifootball club Torpedo, is preparing a special issue of the newspaper Nizhny Novgorod Sport. This limited edition will be available to everyone who comes to support the team in the home match against New Generation.

      The publication will offer readers exclusive materials dedicated to futsal and PKMF "Torpedo". Special attention is paid to the club's history and present, as well as to key players and the coaching staff.

      In addition to sports topics, the issue will include a section devoted to Maxim Gorky. The project authors remind that the writer was actively involved in the life of the press: in 1914 he edited the Bolshevik newspapers Zvezda and Pravda, and also published collections of proletarian literature. Thanks to Gorky's initiative, the magazines Literary Study and Our Achievements appeared in the 1930s.

      The issue will feature an interview with Torpedo's head coach Gennady Garaguley, as well as analysis of past matches and team statistics. For entertainment fans, a crossword and a horoscope have been prepared.

      The photo project for the limited newspaper brought together well-known figures from the region's sports community. It included Vladimir Afanasyev, president of the Interregional Football Union "Privolzhye" and of the Football Federation of the Nizhny Novgorod Region and a member of the RFU Executive Committee; Vladislav Yerofeev, editor-in-chief of the publication Football-Hockey NN; and Nizhny Novgorod sports blogger Semyon Kelgin.

      It was previously reported that Nizhny Novgorod PKMF "Torpedo" had announced its goals for the 2025/2026 season.
