      On the night of October 22–23, a drone attack was repelled in Nizhny Novgorod Oblast. According to the Ministry of Defense, a total of 139 drones were destroyed and intercepted by air defense duty systems that night and in the morning.

      "At night, a drone attack was repelled on the territory of Nizhny Novgorod Oblast. According to preliminary data, there are no casualties; as a result of falling debris one energy facility sustained minor damage. No interruptions in power supply have occurred. Specialists are working on site," wrote Governor Gleb Nikitin.
