Land plots for investment projects worth 3.9 billion rubles were approved in the Nizhny Novgorod Region.

      The Land and Property Relations Council under the Government of the Nizhny Novgorod Region approved the allocation of plots for 13 investment projects. The meeting took place on October 22, 2025.

      Deputy Governor Yegor Polyakov said the total investment for the approved projects will amount to 3.9 billion rubles. More than 700 jobs are expected to be created, including high-tech positions.

      Among the key projects is a research center in the Oksky Syezd area of Nizhny Novgorod. It will specialize in research in information technology, software, artificial intelligence and cybersecurity. The applicant is Zitech LLC. The plot area is 6,418 square meters, the construction period is five years, and the investment volume is 1.8 billion rubles.

      Applications for sports facilities were also approved. A Tennis Academy will be built on Nartova Street, and a sports center on Verkhnepecherskaya. In the first case, the developer is SZ "Obyektstroy" LLC, which is being allocated a plot of 7,763 square meters. The investment volume will be 650 million rubles. The project is planned to be completed in two years. The sports center will be built by Tri Kita LLC over four years at a cost of 250 million rubles. It was allocated 6,370 square meters.

      Foodservice-Moscow LLC intends to build exhibition halls for an art residence on a 3,003-square-meter plot on Plotnichny Lane. The total investment will amount to 50 million rubles.

      In addition, the council approved plots for production and warehouse facilities:

      - A metalworking complex in the settlement of Gnilitsy (Element-Detail LLC, 12,253 sq. meters, 6 years, 141.7 million rubles);

      - A warehouse complex in the Borsky district (Nizhegorodskoye Maslo LLC, 8,612 sq. m, 5 years, 105 million rubles);

      - A workshop for the production of antenna-mast structures in Dzerzhinsk (Alfa-Project LLC, 9,622 sq. meters, 3 years, 82.5 million rubles).

      It was previously reported that the council approved the allocation of a 16,000-square-meter plot for the construction of a religious and educational center in Sartakovo.

      Since the beginning of 2025, a total of 195 projects worth 76 billion rubles have been approved. They will create more than 6,700 jobs in the region.
