NGATU responded to students' complaints about the lack of heating.

      The supply of heat to Dormitory No. 2 of NGATU was suspended due to a drop in parameters at the boiler house of the company "Teploenergo". This was reported to NIA "Nizhny Novgorod" by the university's press service, commenting on students' complaints about the lack of heating in the dorm rooms.

      The university stressed that since September 23, 2025 — the official start of the heating season in Nizhny Novgorod — heating has been supplied to consumers in Dormitory No. 2 in full.

      The drop in parameters and the restart of equipment required a temporary shutdown of the heating. After the system's operation was restored, heat returned to the building in full. The university added that this boiler house also supplies heat to other NGATU facilities.

      "To date, no complaints about heating from residents of Dormitory No. 2 have been received," the university concluded.

      Earlier, parents of NGATU students expressed concern over the appearance of mold in the bathroom of one of the dormitories. The university said it would conduct an investigation into the matter.
