      Hackers have breached the online information resources FGIS "VetIS" and FGIS "Saturn" used by the Committee of Veterinary Medicine of the Nizhny Novgorod Region. According to the agency, since 8:30 both sites have been under a large-scale DDoS attack and are therefore unavailable for use.

      "We are carrying out a range of measures to counter the attack. To minimize the consequences, comprehensive response and data protection measures have been implemented," the Committee said.

      It was noted that some communication lines and equipment for Internet access are operating unstably; work to restore and adjust systems continues.
