      Residents of the Nizhny Novgorod region approach the choice of a new car in different ways. According to a survey conducted by the website Drom.ru. Most — about 38% — spend no more than a week studying reviews from other car owners. Of them, 17% need only one day, and another 21% need several days to decide whether to take a particular model. About 23% of Nizhny Novgorod residents read reviews for a month, and almost a quarter of respondents (24%) study opinions about cars for more than a month. Meanwhile, 14% admitted that they do not look at reviews at all before buying.

      In other regions the situation is different. In the Far East and the South of Russia drivers make decisions faster — many read reviews in a day or two or do without them entirely. Residents of the Volga region, however, are more likely than others to spend several days studying reviews, while drivers from the Northwest and the Urals spend from two weeks to a month.
