Specialists from "Teploseti" connected more than 60 apartment buildings and social facilities to the heating and hot water supply system.

      The company "Teploseti" (part of En+ Teplo Volga) has, since its founding in 2012, provided technical connections to the existing heating networks for more than 60 apartment buildings and social facilities.

      Since the beginning of 2025, specialists from the resource-supplying company have connected three residential buildings on Druzhayeva, Sadovaya and Kolomenskaya streets, as well as two social infrastructure buildings, to the heat supply system and domestic hot water. By the end of the year "Teploseti" will connect two more apartment buildings and four social facilities, including linking the building of a school under construction to the hot water supply system.

      "The infrastructure is designed for expansion — there are sections of pipeline in the heating network with spare thermal capacity. Therefore our specialists will continue working on connecting new residential and non-residential buildings and providing them with heat and hot water. This is not just an engineering task but our contribution to the development of the city's infrastructure," noted Mikhail Yefimov, General Director of En+ Teplo Volga.

      The technical connection procedure includes assessing the capacity of the heat source, identifying the connection point to existing pipelines and the route for the future heat pipeline, performing hydraulic calculations, and selecting equipment. Design and implementation are carried out by the company's engineering and design teams. Alexander Prokofyev, General Director of "Teploseti," noted that particular attention is paid to the use of energy-saving steel pipes with polyurethane foam thermal insulation, as well as Isoproflex polymer pipes for the domestic hot water system.

      "The modern materials we use allow for efficient operation of the heat supply system, significantly reduce heat losses, lower energy consumption, and minimize environmental impact," said Alexander Prokofyev.

      Specialists from the resource-supplying company have drawn up a five-year plan for the technical connection of engineering networks. In particular, in 2026 the construction of heat pipelines is planned for four multi-storey buildings on Kolomenskaya, Usievicha and Komsomolskaya streets and Molodyozhny Avenue in the Avtozavodsky and Leninsky districts.
