Shane Prince — Torpedo's new signing!
Our team's forward line has been bolstered by the productive forward Shane Prince.
The North American forward with Belarusian citizenship (which means he is not counted as a foreign player) has been playing in the KHL since the 2018/2019 season. During that time he has played 334 games in our league, recording 203 points (94+109) in the goals+assists system. He was particularly memorable to Torpedo fans last season, registering a total of five scoring contributions in two games against our team. He was the top scorer of Minsk Dynamo with 55 points in a season. He has played for the Belarus national team at the World Championship and in Olympic qualifying.
Before moving to the KHL he played 128 NHL games for the Ottawa Senators and the New York Islanders, recording 12 goals and 26 assists in those games. In the AHL the forward has 150 points (67+83) in 210 games.
