Deputy Governor of the Nizhny Novgorod Region Sergey Morozov will hold a personal reception of citizens on October 30.

      On October 30 at 14:00 the Deputy Governor of Nizhny Novgorod Region, Sergey Morozov, will hold a personal reception for citizens. Sergey Morozov coordinates the work of the region’s executive bodies in the following areas:

      — the development and implementation of state policy in the field of transport and road infrastructure in Nizhny Novgorod Region, and the digitalization of the transport sector;

      — the organization of transport services for the population of Nizhny Novgorod Region by air, water, off-street and road transport on interregional and intermunicipal scheduled routes, including passenger taxis, and by rail transport in suburban service; the exercise of regional state control in the field of carriage of passengers and luggage by passenger taxis within the scope of the conferred competence;

      — the organization of regular carriage of passengers and luggage by road transport at regulated and unregulated tariffs in accordance with the powers established by the legislation of Nizhny Novgorod Region;

      — the record-keeping and inventorying of road infrastructure facilities in Nizhny Novgorod Region;

      — the exercise of regional state construction supervision;

      — the exercise of state control in the field of shared-equity construction of apartment buildings and other real estate on the territory of the region;

      — the development and implementation of state policy in the field of state protection and preservation of cultural heritage sites;

      — the digital development of the construction sector in the region and the operation of the information system for managing state customer projects in the field of construction.

      Residents of Nizhny Novgorod Region, other citizens of the Russian Federation, foreign citizens and stateless persons legally present in the region may register for the reception if their issue has previously been considered within the scope of competence and the personal participation of the Deputy Governor of Nizhny Novgorod Region, Sergey Morozov, is required to make a decision on the merits of the appeal.

      Those wishing to register for the reception must submit a written or electronic appeal addressed to the Deputy Governor of Nizhny Novgorod Region, Sergey Morozov, stating the essence of the issue. Registration for the reception closes five working days before it is held.
