      October 13, 2025 11:38 Economy A research automotive center will be built in Nizhny Novgorod. The corresponding permit was issued by the regional Ministry of Construction. The complex will be located in the Avtozavodsky district — within the boundaries of Orekhovskaya and Blyukher streets. The developer is the company Avtoriya LLC.

      It is known that the project provides for phased development of the area and is divided into four phases. In the first phase, which is planned to be completed by 2028, a research center will be built, and works will be carried out to prepare the site, connect engineering utilities, create internal access roads, install lighting, a stormwater drainage system, and carry out landscaping and site improvement.

      In the second phase, scheduled to be completed by 2033, a diagnostic center will be built with a similar set of infrastructure works.

      The third phase, planned for completion by 2036, includes construction of an administrative office building with a service station and the development of supporting infrastructure.

      The final stage includes reconstruction of the street and road network: a district-level arterial street and Blyukher Street. New sidewalks, bike lanes and improved public spaces will appear there.

      Earlier it was reported that the region intends to create a plant for the production of potato flakes.
