Registration for participation in the project "Leaders of the Nizhny Novgorod Region — Moscow Track" has started in the capital of the Volga region.

      Registration has opened in Nizhny Novgorod for participation in the project "Leaders of the Nizhny Novgorod Region. Track 'Moscow'."

      The project is aimed at identifying and uniting high-potential young people from Nizhny Novgorod who live in Moscow and the Moscow Region into a sustainable community for active participation in the development of the Nizhny Novgorod Region through key projects. Participants will undergo a comprehensive educational program focused on developing managerial competencies and skills, learning best practices in the field of state and municipal governance, and implementing interregional projects and initiatives at the regional and federal levels.

Come — everyone will find a way to apply their talents here!" — noted the Governor of the Nizhny Novgorod Region, Gleb Nikitin.

      The organizers of the project are the government of the Nizhny Novgorod Region, ANO "Nizhegorodskoye Zemlyachestvo," the Corporate University of the Government of the Nizhny Novgorod Region (KUPNO), ANO "Volunteer Center of the Nizhny Novgorod Region," and ANO "Russia — the Land of Opportunities."

      Applications are accepted until October 31, 2025, at: https://kupnokreml.ru/lidernomoscow. Eligible to participate are natives of the Nizhny Novgorod Region who are leaders of public organizations and NGOs, volunteers, public figures, as well as activists of student associations aged 18 to 35 residing in Moscow and the Moscow Region. Following the selection campaign, the best 300 applicants will be chosen.

      The program includes four main educational modules ("Leadership and Team Management," "Effective Management and Team Management," "Social Projects: From Idea to Implementation," "Change Management") and a cross-cutting module "Connection to the Region," the training for which is planned to be in-person and is scheduled for three months. Excursions to the Nizhny Novgorod Region in various directions will also be organized for participants, along with open dialogues with regional enterprise leaders, group and individual career consultations by specialists from the Youth Career Center of the Nizhny Novgorod Region, team-building sessions with winners of the "Leaders of the Nizhny Novgorod Region" project, and training at the Senezh management workshop. Each participant will be required to develop and implement an interregional social project. In addition, Days of the Nizhny Novgorod Region in Moscow are planned.

      Based on individual rankings, 150 finalists of the project will be determined. They will undergo diagnostics of meta-professional skills and competencies at ANO "Russia — the Land of Opportunities," an assessment by KUPNO experts, and will form a career development plan. Project winners will receive a diploma from the Governor of the Nizhny Novgorod Region, a KUPNO professional development certificate, and the opportunity to enter the region's personnel reserve.

      "We are now implementing the fourth season of the flagship project 'Leaders of the Nizhny Novgorod Region.' During this time, the leadership community of our region has been replenished with young and active participants who are ready to improve the lives of Nizhny Novgorod residents: more than 500 graduates and winners have been successfully employed. The project continues to grow and expand — we decided to scale it so that our fellow countrymen living in the capital could also take part in the development of their native region," emphasized the project manager Maria Samodelkina.
