      A farewell ceremony for the well-known chef Oleg Kolisnichenko was held at the Kazan Church on October 9, reports a correspondent for NIA "Nizhny Novgorod." Before the funeral service, a large queue formed at the entrance to the church on Zelensky Syezd. His relatives, friends, colleagues and city residents came to see the chef off on his final journey.

      Among those present were employees of the restaurants Pinci and "Moscow-Istanbul," where Oleg worked as brand chef. People brought flowers and wreaths, sharing memories of the deceased.

      Recall that one of Russia's top chefs, Oleg Kolisnichenko, died at the age of 37 after a stroke that occurred at his workplace. Doctors diagnosed a thrombus in the carotid artery and performed emergency surgery. However, the patient later developed cerebral edema. Despite further surgery, he could not be saved — he died four days after being hospitalized.

      Earlier, the chef's colleagues and loved ones commented on his unexpected death. His widow, Maria Kolisnichenko, also offered a touching farewell, posting a comment on social media.
