Several plots of land near Nizhny Novgorod have been put up for auction.

      In October and November 2025 a series of auctions will be held in the vicinity of Nizhny Novgorod for the sale of land plots with a total area of 69.3 hectares. This was reported by the company DOM.RF.

      Applications to participate in the bidding for two plots in the settlement of Novinki are being accepted until October 20. One of them is 2.55 ha, the other 0.24 ha. Both are intended for the placement of trade and commercial facilities. The auctions are scheduled for October 24.

      Near the plots are the "Molodezhny" residential complex and the "Okskie Usadby" cottage settlement. The starting price for the first lot is 34.35 million rubles, the second — 8.74 million.

      On the same day, October 24, an auction will be held for the sale of a 0.43 ha plot in Kstovo District. It is intended for the construction of low-rise housing with a total area of 4,100 sq m. Nearby are cottage settlements, a residential complex under construction and vacant land. About 150 meters away is a school, and within 1.5 km — a kindergarten, another school and a sports complex. The distance to the Myzinsky Bridge is 11.5 km, to the center of Nizhny Novgorod — about 20 km. The starting price is 9.57 million rubles.

      On October 31, auctions will be held in Novinki for three large plots. The first is 37.38 ha, the second 24.57 ha, both intended for the construction of low-rise or terraced housing with a total area of about 480,000 sq m. The third plot — 3.57 ha — is intended for commercial development. All are located roughly 4 km from the ski run in Novinki. The starting price of the first lot is 633.25 million rubles, the second — 457.31 million, the third — 94.9 million.

      In addition, applications to participate in the auction for the sale of a 0.17 ha plot in Novinki are being accepted until November 17. The land is intended for individual housing construction — a house of 318 sq m can be built here. The auction will take place on November 21. The starting price is 2.83 million rubles.
