Mobile internet was boosted at "Tsvety" in Nizhny Novgorod.

      The digital ecosystem of MTS installed new LTE-standard equipment in the area of the Tsvety residential complex in Nizhny Novgorod. Thanks to the upgrade, the average mobile Internet speed increased by 30%.

      Company engineers commissioned a new base station, which made it possible to distribute the network load more evenly and improve service quality on Pervotsvetnaya and Tsvetochnaya streets. The improved coverage is now available across the entire residential complex — in the buildings, adjacent outdoor areas, retail and service facilities, educational institutions and medical facilities.

      Andrey Belov, director of MTS in Nizhny Novgorod Oblast, noted that the company is consistently strengthening the network in the most in-demand locations. According to him, particular attention is being paid to actively developing districts where the number of users and the load on infrastructure are growing. In such areas, MTS not only upgrades the mobile network but also implements projects to create modern gigabit infrastructure.

      Incidentally, this summer MTS specialists expanded the coverage area of the fixed gigabit network in popular residential complexes of Nizhny Novgorod — "Tsvety", "Zenit" and "Torpedo".
