Plan "Kover" was canceled at Nizhny Novgorod Airport.

      05 October 2025 08:17 Society Plan "Kover" was activated at the Nizhny Novgorod airport on the morning of October 5. Details were reported by Rosaviatsiya.

      Information about the introduction of restrictions on the acceptance and departure of flights at Chkalov Airport appeared on the agency's Telegram channel at 04:11. There was a threat of a UAV attack.

      At about 8 a.m. the same Rosaviatsiya announced the lifting of the restrictions. Over four hours one aircraft bound for Nizhny Novgorod diverted to an alternate aerodrome.

      Recall that five Ukrainian UAVs were shot down over the region last night.
