Another residential complex with underground parking will be built in the Sovetsky District.

      The design for the first phase of a new residential complex planned for construction in the Sovetsky District of Nizhny Novgorod received a positive state expert conclusion. The information was posted on the Unified State Register of Expert Conclusions portal.

      The construction of the residential building with an underground parking garage, administrative premises and a transformer substation will take place within the boundaries of Genkina, Izhorskaya, Dunaeva and Poltavskaya streets.

      The developer is LLC "Stroydom on Genkina 66". The project documentation was prepared by Nizhny Novgorod organizations — LLC "Veles NN" and LLC "Krov".

      The state expert review issued a positive conclusion on October 2, 2025.

      Earlier it was reported that Nizhny Novgorod authorities approved a comprehensive territory development project in the Sovetsky District.

      It was also reported that within the boundaries of Izhorskaya, Poltavskaya, Panina and Respublikanskaya streets and on Vysokovsky Proezd, 21 old houses will be demolished as part of the KRT project.
