Residents of Nizhny Novgorod Region, other citizens of the Russian Federation, foreign citizens and stateless persons lawfully present in the region may sign up for the reception if their issue has previously been examined within the competent authority and the personal participation of the Deputy Governor of Nizhny Novgorod Region Andrey Sanosyan is required to make a decision on the substance of the appeal. The reception of citizens will take place at: Nizhny Novgorod, Kostina St., 2 (the citizens’ reception of the Governor and Government, Office of Documentation Support of Nizhny Novgorod Region). Those wishing to make an appointment must submit a written or electronic appeal addressed to Deputy Governor of Nizhny Novgorod Region A.G. Sanosyan setting out the essence of the issue. Registration for the reception closes five working days before it is held.
