Trials of aerial couriers will take place in the Nizhny Novgorod Region.
Inter-district trials of food and household goods delivery using an aero-courier — an unmanned aircraft designed for cargo transport — will take place in the Nizhny Novgorod Region. The trials are scheduled for September 25–29. The flight path runs from Bagramyan Street in Nizhny Novgorod to Lunacharsky Avenue in the town of Bor. The project is being carried out under an experimental legal framework (ELR), which allows innovative technologies to be tested in conditions as close to real life as possible. All flights are planned and are conducted in strict accordance with established safety regulations. Please note that all aero-courier aircraft are equipped with aeronautical navigation equipment and safety lights that will be visible to people on the ground.
