      In the Nizhny Novgorod region, preparations are underway for interdistrict trials of the delivery of food and everyday consumer goods using aerocouriers — unmanned aerial vehicles designed for cargo transport.

      According to ANO "Gorky Tech", test flights are scheduled for the period from September 25 to 29. The route will run from Bagramyana Street in Nizhny Novgorod to Lunacharsky Avenue in Bor.

      The project is being implemented within an experimental legal regime that allows testing new technologies under conditions as close as possible to real-world operation.

      All flights will be carried out according to a pre-approved schedule and in full compliance with safety requirements. The aerocouriers are equipped with navigation systems and lights that will be visible to residents on the ground.

      Similar trials were conducted in Nizhny Novgorod in July.

      It was reported that unmanned tractors are being prepared for testing in the Nizhny Novgorod region.
