An unusual dump was discovered in the Borsky district of the Nizhny Novgorod region — a large number of plastic mannequins were dumped on the bank of the Vezloma River by unknown persons.
According to the Ni Mash Telegram channel, the discarded items are naked male torsos. The mannequins are piled up and occupy a significant area by the water, creating an eerie sight.
At the moment it has not been established who brought the plastic figures to the river and for what purpose. No explanations have been given so far.
The editorial office of NIA "Nizhny Novgorod" has sent requests to the relevant agencies for comments on the incident.
It was previously reported that the Kstovo City Court of the Nizhny Novgorod region ordered the seizure of a 4.6-hectare plot of land from its owner due to a massive dump.
