
Another humanitarian convoy was delivered from the Nizhny Novgorod region to the SVO zone in response to requests from the fighters.
New batches of humanitarian cargo from the Nizhny Novgorod region were delivered to six military units in the zone of the special military operation. All shipments were assembled according to specific requests from combat units where residents of Nizhny Novgorod are serving. The cargo was formed and dispatched with the assistance of the regional government through the Coordinating Center for Support of Servicemen, operating at the House of National Unity.
The troops received FPV drones, drone detectors, signal boosters, electrical equipment, construction materials, autonomous diesel heaters, tools, motor oils, chainsaws and essential items.
“We are constantly in touch with unit commanders, with our servicemen from Nizhny Novgorod. We carefully handle each request and try to ensure prompt delivery. This time our team visited six combat units. We brought additional equipment and materials for carrying out combat tasks and for equipping deployment sites. All the guys express their gratitude for the support and the unity of the frontline and the home front,” said Tatiana Druzhinina, head of the Coordinating Center for Support of Servicemen, who accompanied the cargo.
Since the beginning of the special military operation, the government of the Nizhny Novgorod region and the Coordinating Center for Support of Servicemen, the mobilized and their families, operating at the House of National Unity, have sent more than 750 convoys of humanitarian aid to military units, with a total weight of over 4,700 tons of cargo and more than 270 vehicles.
