450 new jobs: large-scale investment projects approved in the Nizhny Novgorod Region

      Nizhny Novgorod authorities approved the allocation of land for ten large business projects. The decision was made by the Council on Land Relations under the regional government. This was reported by the Deputy Governor of Nizhny Novgorod Oblast, Yegor Polyakov. The largest projects:

      The Kozma Minin Nizhny Novgorod State Pedagogical University received a plot in the Prioksky district of the regional center. A modern educational campus costing 3.1 billion rubles will be built here.

      In the center of Nizhny Novgorod on Ilyinskaya Street, the company "MOTOR-INVEST" will build a large hotel. The project will cost 1.2 billion rubles.

      In Kstovsky District the organization "TURIST" will create a glamping site — a modern type of outdoor recreation. Guests will be able to engage in water sports and water-based entertainment. The project will cost 45 million rubles.

      In Arzamas, "VOLGOVYATNEFTEPRODUKT" will erect a tourist and hotel center for 130 million rubles.

      "IKAR INVEST" will build a technopark for small and medium-sized businesses in the Kanavinsky district of Nizhny Novgorod. The site will specialize in the automotive and light industries. Investments will amount to 317 million rubles.

      Authorities also allocated land for warehouses, prefabricated house component factories, metalworking enterprises and other facilities.

      All ten projects will bring 10.2 billion rubles in investments to the region and create 450 new jobs.
