      In the morning of September 18, there was a temporary suspension of cabin movement on the cable car connecting Nizhny Novgorod and the city of Bor. According to Urbantech Service, the company responsible for operating the crossing, the stoppage was caused by an unscheduled technical inspection.

      The inspection was prompted by a signal indicating a possible equipment malfunction. For safety reasons, operations were immediately suspended and specialists began diagnosing the systems.

      The organization emphasized that such measures are standard practice and necessary to ensure passenger safety.

      After the inspection was completed, cable car service was fully restored. The aerial crossing is now operating normally.

      Earlier it was reported that construction has begun in Nizhny Novgorod on a second cable car that will connect Zarechny Boulevard with Gagarin Avenue.
