      In the night hours of 16 September, a Ukrainian unmanned aerial vehicle was detected and destroyed in the airspace of the Nizhny Novgorod region.

      The governor of the region, Gleb Nikitin, reported on his Telegram channel that after the incident the relevant services promptly arrived at the site where the wreckage fell.

      "According to preliminary information, there are no casualties as a result of the incident," the head of the region noted.

      Recall that on 14 September two Ukrainian drones were destroyed in the sky over the Nizhny Novgorod region.
