Three people died in a terrible road accident in the Nizhny Novgorod region on the evening of 12 September, the regional Main Directorate of the Ministry of Emergency Situations reported.
According to preliminary information, three passenger cars collided on the highway near the village of Malaya Pitsa.
Two adults and a child were killed. Two others were taken to hospital by ambulance.
Earlier it was reported that Alexander Bastrykin, head of the Investigative Committee of Russia, took an interest in the death of a woman from Nizhny Novgorod in a bus crash.
