      An aparthotel is planned to be built at 16a Proviantskaya Street, lit. V, D in Nizhny Novgorod. As reported in the EGRZ, the construction project received a positive conclusion from a non-governmental expert review.

      The project documentation and the results of engineering surveys were reviewed by the company SERTPROMTEST LLC from Moscow. The developer of the project is Gekos Corporation LLC, registered in Nizhny Novgorod.

      Note that in September 2023 the architectural appearance of the future building was considered by the Architectural Council under the Ministry of Urban Development of the Nizhny Novgorod Region. The project proposes the construction of a three-story building in a red-brown-gray color scheme.

      The Architectural Council recommended refining the architectural parameters and the facade styling, and then resubmitting the project for approval to the Department for the State Protection of Cultural Heritage Sites and for further consideration by the council.

      Earlier it was reported that the historic house at 14a Kozhevnnaya Street in Nizhny Novgorod would be adapted into a hotel.
