Incidents. The State Labor Inspectorate for the Nizhny Novgorod Region has taken an interest in an incident at City Clinical Hospital No. 12 in Sormovo. This was reported by the supervisory authority's press service.
The incident, which occurred on September 2, came to light during media monitoring. According to available information, a drunken man caused a scene at the entrance to the admissions department. The troublemaker was hitting parked cars and then struck one of the medical workers.
As the region’s chief labor inspector Ilya Moshes said, specialists are now checking how accurate this information is. They are also determining whether a hospital employee sustained injuries.
"In the event of a serious accident, the employer is obliged to send a notice of a workplace accident within 24 hours," the inspectorate noted.
Earlier it was reported that ambulance workers were injured in a traffic accident in Nizhny Novgorod.
