      The CEO of one of the companies in Dzerzhinsk has come up with an unusual initiative: he offered his employees a cash reward if they name a newborn son Nikita — after the boss himself. This was reported by the Telegram channel "Nizhny Novgorod WITHOUT CENSORSHIP".

      In an official information letter circulated within the team, it is emphasized that the company places great importance on supporting employees on family matters and on work–life balance.

      It was particularly noted that one of the priorities of corporate policy remains assistance to employees who are on maternity leave.

      As part of the new initiative the director said: if an employee's family has a baby boy and the parents give him the name Nikita, the company will pay the family a bonus of 50,000 rubles.

      "I am convinced that caring for family and children is the most important life value. I am happy to share the joy of the arrival of new family members with you," the statement reads.
