The Krasnoye Sormovo plant in Nizhny Novgorod has launched an internal incentive program for its employees. Now each worker can receive up to 50,000 rubles for bringing a new technical specialist to the plant. The promotion was announced on the company's social media.
It is noted that the bonuses will be paid in stages. If the referred candidate successfully passes the interview and is hired onto the staff, their referrer will be credited 10,000 rubles after the newcomer's first month of work. The employee will receive another 10,000 after three months, and the final 30,000 after nine months of the new colleague's employment.
The plant says that this is intended not only to strengthen the team but also to offer current employees an additional way to earn money.
Only candidates for technical specialties participate in the program. Among the most in-demand professions are gas cutters, arc welders, shipfitters-installers, metal ship hull assemblers, painters, thermists and section foremen.
For new employees at Krasnoye Sormovo, social guarantees are provided: partial meal subsidies, preferential mortgage, voluntary health insurance policy, as well as the opportunity to obtain higher education without leaving the workplace.
The enterprise emphasizes that participation in the program is an "easy way to earn" for employees and a chance for their friends and acquaintances to get a stable job with benefits.
Earlier it was reported that in July the Krasnoye Sormovo plant launched the new cruise ship "Nikolai Zharkov."
