      The third charity run "STRENGTH OF LIFE" (16+) will take place on September 27–28 on the embankment of the Rowing Canal in Nizhny Novgorod. The initiator of the event is Kirill Palavin — a participant and finalist in ultramarathons. The main goal of the run is to raise funds to help children with cancer and their families. All funds raised will be directed to the NONC Fund.

      According to preliminary data, this year it is planned to raise one million rubles. It should be noted that earlier Palavin covered a distance of 320 km and raised about 600 thousand rubles, providing support to many families.

      "I am convinced that cancer can be defeated. We strive to help those who have faced this disease in every possible way. Together we are strong, and every step is important!" Palavin said.

      The run will be held in the Backyard Ultra format: every hour Kirill will start again, covering a 6.7 km (or 4.167 miles) lap for 24 hours. The total distance will be 160 km.
