      The SME Corporation has published the entrepreneur’s calendar for September 2025. Support for small and medium enterprises (SMEs) is an important component of the national project “Effective and Competitive Economy.” The Corporation noted that in the first month of autumn small and medium businesses face routine payments and reporting.

      By September 3:

      - Organizations and individual entrepreneurs (IEs) with employees submit a notification on personal income tax (PIT) for the period from August 23 to 31 (if there were payments to employees during that time) and pay it by September 5.

      By September 15:

      - Organizations and IEs with employees pay insurance contributions to the Social Insurance Fund for industrial accidents for August.

      By September 22:

      - Importers of goods from EAEU countries pay indirect taxes and file declarations for August.

      By September 25:

      - Organizations and IEs with employees submit:

       1) notifications on insurance contributions to the tax authority for August and PIT for the period from September 1 to 22;

       2) individualized information on individuals for August;

      - Producers of excisable goods submit excise declarations;

      - Organizations on the general taxation regime (GTR) that switched to paying tax on actual profits file declarations for August;

      - Organizations and IEs on Auto-USN pay the tax for August.

      By September 29 they must pay:

      - Organizations and IEs with employees — insurance contributions “to the tax authority” for August and PIT for the period from September 1 to 22;

      - Organizations and IEs on GTR, STS and UAT — one-third of VAT for Q2 (if not exempt from VAT due to low turnover under paragraph 1 of Article 145 of the Tax Code);

      - Organizations on GTR — an advance payment of corporate income tax (if they have not switched to quarterly payments under paragraph 3 of Article 286 of the Tax Code);

      - Producers of excisable goods — excise taxes;

      - Self-employed persons pay the tax on professional income (NPD) for August.
