1.4 million rubles will be allocated to repair the roof of the Nizhny Novgorod metro.

      The municipal enterprise "Nizhegorodskoye Metro" has announced an auction for roof repairs above stairway No. 3 of the Zarechnaya metro station. The information was posted on the state procurement portal.

      The work will be carried out based on design documentation developed back in 2013 during the construction of the pavilion over the station exit.

      The purpose of the repair is to eliminate leaks caused by compromised watertightness of roof joints, and to ensure passenger safety.

      The starting price of the contract is 1.39 million rubles. Funding will be provided from the metro's own funds.

      According to the procurement conditions, the contractor is obliged to complete the repairs no later than 30 working days from the date of signing the contract. By agreement with the customer, the work may be completed ahead of schedule.

      Only small and medium-sized enterprises will be able to participate in the electronic auction. Applications will be accepted from September 2 and will close on September 9. Results are planned to be announced on September 12.

      Earlier it was reported that large-scale repair work had begun at entrance No. 6 of the Zarechnaya metro station in Nizhny Novgorod. A covered pavilion will be installed there.
