      JSC "Krasnaya Etna" proposes to transfer the plant's House of Culture into the city's ownership. This was reported to NIA "Nizhny Novgorod" by the Committee for the Management of City Property and Land Resources.

      According to the information provided, after receiving the proposal the city administration, having coordinated its position with the Department of Culture and the administration of the Leninsky District, sent a letter to the enterprise confirming its readiness to accept the building into municipal ownership. The letter also listed the documents required to formalize the transfer.

      However, a complete set of the required documents has not yet been submitted to the mayor’s office. The decision to transfer the House of Culture into municipal ownership will be considered only after all necessary documentation has been received.

      As a reminder, in 2018 the city was also transferred the House of Culture named after Sergo Ordzhonikidze on a gratuitous basis. In 2025 the square by the House of Culture was landscaped, and the fountain was restored.
