      Society: Visitors to the stations of the Gorky Railway made around 2.4 thousand calls using information and reference systems (video terminals) in January–July 2025.

      Video terminals now operate around the clock at all 25 stations of the line. Over the seven months of the current year the information and reference systems were used most often at the stations in Nizhny Novgorod, Vladimir, Cheboksary, Izhevsk and Kirov.

      During their operation, passengers most often asked operators about train timetables; availability, price, refund and reissue of tickets; advance-sale periods for travel documents; current concessions and promotions; and the arrival or departure times of particular trains.

      Thanks to the "Video Reference" function, every passenger can contact a contact center operator via video link around the clock. Center specialists are ready to answer any questions in Russian and English. In addition, using video materials passengers can interactively obtain general information about the station complex, view the catalog of services and station navigation, and learn about its accessibility for passengers with limited mobility.
