      The Nizhny Novgorod Ministry of Construction issued a permit to erect the first residential building of a new business-class residential complex being implemented under KRT on the left bank of the Oka River. This was reported by the press service of the developer group Glorax.

      The building is planned to have variable heights — 25 and 30 storeys. The building will have an underground parking garage for 47 cars. The total area of the project will be 31,000 square meters, of which 19,200 will be residential premises and 470 square meters are allocated for commercial infrastructure.

      The building is scheduled to be commissioned in the fourth quarter of 2028.

      As part of the entire project, the construction of 586,000 square meters of real estate is planned, including 11 multi-section residential buildings ranging in height from 6 to 33 storeys. In addition to residential buildings, the site will feature developed social infrastructure: a school for 800 students, three kindergartens, a medical facility, and a sports and wellness complex.

      Along the Oka River bank there will be the "Culture of Sport" embankment for walks, active recreation and sports. The embankment's development will be financed by the developer.

      Earlier it was reported that the project for the business center "Government Quarter" with a skyscraper on Sennaya Square was approved in Nizhny Novgorod.
