      Society. In Nizhny Novgorod, an architectural and artistic concept for the exterior appearance of Zvezdinka Street has been developed. This was reported by the city's Department of Urban Development and Architecture.

      According to specialists, Zvezdinka currently lacks a unified style for the design of facades and informational structures. Many of them are outdated, made from poor-quality materials, and placed without regard for the street's architectural and historical characteristics.

      The new concept is aimed at creating a coherent urban environment and improving the street's aesthetic quality. The document specifies particular locations for placing informational elements so that they do not disrupt the buildings' appearance.

      In particular, restrictions are introduced on the color schemes of signs and informational structures. Their design must be uniform across a single facade and correspond to the overall color scheme of the building. The use of logos in their registered colors is permitted, but only in the prescribed manner.

      The concept also prohibits the use of decorative and calligraphic fonts, as well as any distortion of text — stretching letters, altering spacing, or shifting characters.
