      The Gorky Railway — a branch of OJSC "Russian Railways" — became the winner in one of the nominations of the regional stage of the All‑Russian competition "Russian Organization of High Social Efficiency" in 2025.

      The Gorky Railway's first place in the nomination "For the Development of Social Partnership in Organizations of the Production Sphere" gives it the right to participate in the federal stage of the competition.

      The aim of the competition is to draw public attention to the importance of addressing social issues at the organizational level, to identify the best social projects, and to create a positive social image.

      It should be added that this year the Gorky Railway also became a prize-winner in the nomination "For the Development of Personnel Potential in Organizations of the Production Sphere," in which it took second place.

      The competition "Russian Organization of High Social Efficiency" has been held annually since 2000. It takes into account the presence of educational programs and work with personnel reserves, labor dynasties and the conditions created for the development of professional competencies, the development of sports and the promotion of a healthy lifestyle.

      Such sectors are represented as transport and mechanical engineering, manufacturing and mineral extraction, construction and agriculture, energy and communications, education and healthcare, and many others.
