In the Dalnekonstantinovsky district, police established the involvement of a man on the federal wanted list in a theft from a dacha.

      In mid-August, the Dalnekonstantinovsky police department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia received a report from a woman from Nizhny Novgorod about the theft of property worth 10,000 rubles from a dacha located in the village of Sarley in the municipal district. Police established that the crime was committed in April of the current year.

      A criminal case has been opened on the grounds of an offense under Part 2 of Article 158 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (theft).

      During operational-search measures, officers of the district police criminal investigation unit detained a 30-year-old village resident, previously convicted and wanted at the federal level for another crime, who also admitted guilt in the theft of property from the pensioner’s house committed in April.

      At present, by decision of the initiator of the search, the perpetrator has been placed in a pre-trial detention facility. The investigation of the criminal case regarding the theft continues.
