      On the return of another native of the Nizhny Novgorod region from Ukrainian captivity, the Commissioner for Human Rights in the region, Oksana Kislitsyna, reported on her social networks.

      According to her, last week, as part of another prisoner exchange, 84 Russian servicemen were returned from the territory of Ukraine.

      "Among them was one resident of Nizhny Novgorod. This is a joy for his relatives and loved ones," the ombudswoman emphasized.

      Earlier it was reported that four residents of Nizhny Novgorod were able to return home from captivity in Ukraine. It was also reported that two natives of the Nizhny Novgorod region were returned home thanks to a prisoner exchange.
