      The Ministry of Urban Development Activities and Agglomeration Development of the Nizhny Novgorod Region has issued a new order for the preparation of design documentation for the reconstruction of a section of Gordeevskaya Street in the Kanavinsky District of Nizhny Novgorod. The document is posted on the ministry’s website.

      The work will cover the area from building No. 36 to building No. 131. According to the document, the area of the planned zone has been increased to 9.12 hectares. The plan will be prepared by the municipal institution "GUMMiD" using local budget funds.

      The project provides for the reconstruction of a 400-meter section of road with the arrangement of 2–4 traffic lanes with widths ranging from 3.25 to 3.75 meters. An 800-meter-long sidewalk 2.25 meters wide will also be constructed.

      The new order cancels the previously issued directive dated April 4, 2025, and the validity of the approved document is set until July 28, 2026.
