A new stele will be installed at the memorial to WWII heroes in Vyksa.

      Society/Administration The administration of the Vyksa urban district has announced a tender for the reconstruction of the memorial complex dedicated to the soldiers who fell in the Great Patriotic War. The relevant information has been posted on the official public procurement portal.

      The memorial is located on Soviet Square in the area of building No. 74 of the Doschatoye workers’ settlement in Vyksa. The project provides for the installation of a new stele made of black gabbro-diabase. It will be 1.5 meters high, with a width and thickness of 0.5 meters each. The commemorative plaque will be engraved with the inscription: "In memory of our fellow countrymen who died in the Great Patriotic War 1941–1945."

      The maximum cost of the work is estimated at 1.8 million rubles. The contractor must complete the reconstruction no later than November 30, 2025. The final deadline for contract execution, including acceptance and payment, is set for December 23, 2025.

      Only small business entities and socially oriented non-profit organizations that are granted the corresponding preferences are allowed to participate in the procurement.
