VTB has combined services for business and personal finances

      VTB has launched a bundled offering, "Business Premium," for individual clients who represent legal entities or operate as sole proprietors. According to the bank's estimates, it will be relevant to more than 2 million VTB clients.

      The new offering includes special terms for opening a business current account and a premium service package for executives. It is the first comprehensive product of its kind on the market, bringing together services for retail and corporate clients. Business customers receive premium service as individuals without additional requirements. The bank is currently offering the new service selectively to almost 200,000 existing clients. In the near term, it plans to make it available to new and existing clients across all service channels.

      "We have developed a comprehensive offering that combines privileges and special service terms for small and medium-sized business clients — legal entities — and for their leaders — individuals. In our assessment, more than 2 million VTB retail clients are involved in business — either as entrepreneurs or as company representatives. We are confident that 'Business Premium' will help them obtain all necessary banking services in one place, on improved terms and in a convenient format," said Yulia Kopytova, Head of the Department of Analysis, Coordination and Product Development, Senior Vice President of VTB.

      "We are constantly striving to make the management of personal finances and assets simpler and more technological for premium clients. This joint offering will allow business owners and managers who bank with us to simultaneously take advantage of favorable business conditions and benefit from the services for affluent clients within the premium packages 'Privilege' and 'Prime'," commented Oksana Semenenko, Head of the Department for Work with Premium Clients, Senior Vice President of VTB.

      The comprehensive "Business Premium" product for entrepreneurs and companies includes annual maintenance of the current account at a 50% discount as part of the "Most Important" or "All-Inclusive" service packages, higher interest rates on deposits and on required minimum balances, and acquiring without fees for three months for turnover up to 500,000 rubles per month. Companies have access to commission-free transfers to individuals up to 500,000 rubles, unlimited and free transfers of dividends and all types of employment income; sole proprietors receive free and unlimited transfers to personal accounts and cards. Another advantage is a personal manager who becomes not only a consultant on business development but also a personal financial advisor for entrepreneurs.

      Company executives and sole proprietors have access to the "Privilege" or "Prime" service packages without additional requirements to meet the conditions for free servicing, as well as higher rates on deposits and savings accounts, travel insurance, cash withdrawals without commission and other services.
