      Another fake video featuring the head of the Nizhny Novgorod region, Gleb Nikitin, has appeared online. The regional government warned about this.

      Scammers are sending fake videos to administrators of social media communities claiming that tax increases are allegedly planned in the region. This information is not true.

      The Nizhny Novgorod government emphasized that both the video itself and the accompanying text are completely fabricated. Residents of the region are urged not to trust such materials and not to share them.

      Authorities strongly recommend that Nizhny Novgorod residents exercise caution and verify the accuracy of information before sharing it.

      Earlier it was reported that scammers had again created a fake account in the governor's name.
