      Well-known TV presenter Tina Kandelaki visited Nizhny Novgorod and shared her impressions of the trip with her subscribers on her Telegram channel. She paid special attention to places suitable for outings with children, and singled out the "Switzerland" park first and foremost.

      According to the journalist, traveling around one's native country is a cultural value in itself. However, Kandelaki believes Russians more often choose well-known resorts like Sochi and Gelendzhik, forgetting other parts of the country, especially cities on the Volga. In this context she highlighted Nizhny Novgorod as one of the best destinations for family leisure.

      "I constantly promote Nizhny Novgorod, because objectively for holidays with children it is one of the best places. There are many attractions here, from the 'Limpopo' zoo, where I already feel at home, to the incredible 'Switzerland' park," Kandelaki said.

      The "Switzerland" park made a particularly strong impression on the presenter. She recorded a video in front of a fountain, promising to definitely jump into it in hot weather. Kandelaki also noted the arboretum and the shrub sculptures that give the area a special charm. According to her, this place is perfect for walks with children and active outdoor recreation.

      In addition to "Switzerland," Tina Kandelaki visited other notable city sites. She went to the Strelka, where she viewed the Alexander Nevsky Cathedral, strolled along the Nizhnevolzhskaya Embankment, and rode the Ferris wheel at Sennaya Square.

      Earlier the Nizhny Novgorod park "Switzerland" was praised by State Duma deputy Nikolai Valuev.
