In the city of Dzerzhinsk, the general director of the organization was found guilty of fraud in connection with fulfilling the terms of the municipal contract.

      The evidence collected by the investigator of the investigative department for the city of Dzerzhinsk of the Investigative Committee of Russia for the Nizhny Novgorod Region was deemed sufficient by the court to issue a verdict against the director of a commercial organization. He was found guilty of large-scale fraud (Part 3, Article 159 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation). According to the investigation, a contract was concluded between a municipal institution and a commercial organization for the removal of a multi-apartment building located on Chernyshevsky Street in Dzerzhinsk, Nizhny Novgorod Region. Under this contract, in 2022, the defendant, unwilling to pay for waste disposal services resulting from the demolition of the house, deliberately produced false reporting documents authorizing waste unloading at a landfill, which he subsequently provided to the municipal institution as contractor documentation. Based on these documents containing false information, funds were transferred to the organization's account, including over 395 thousand rubles for services related to waste placement and burial at the landfill. The defendant's unlawful actions were identified and prevented by investigators of the Russian Investigative Committee in cooperation with the Department for Combating Economic Crimes of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in Dzerzhinsk. The court sentenced the defendant to a fine of 400,000 rubles.
