      Incidents: In Shakhunya, a 62-year-old man is under investigation after during a drunken argument with his daughter, he started waving a knife in front of her and threatened to kill her.       An argument broke out between the relatives. During the conflict, the man grabbed a knife and threatened to kill his daughter, waving the weapon right in front of her. The woman was afraid for her life and sought help from the police.

      Law enforcement officers initiated a criminal case under the article concerning threats of murder or causing serious bodily harm. The knife wielded by the man was seized and became physical evidence.

      The suspect had no prior convictions. While the investigation is ongoing, he has been required to appear before the investigator upon first demand. If proven guilty, he could face up to two years in prison.
